The Deluxe Double or Twin Room with Balcony was absolutely cozy, perfect for getting some fresh air. I really appreciated the air conditioning and flat-screen TV, which made relaxing after a long day a breeze.

You have to sign in and out every day just to get swimming pool towels, which feels a bit cumbersome. The current pool hours from 10 am to 7 pm are too restrictive, especially when you want to enjoy a swim after sunset. There are some missing steps at the pool entrance, making it less accessible for older guests, and the absence of hand railings poses a risk. the breakfast selection was quite disappointing. for a few days, I was stuck with just fruits and eggs, and waiting 60 seconds for every three pancakes didn't sit right with me. Lastly, some bed sheets and towels had stains, which is just not what you want to deal with during your stay.

The cozy room was great, but the musty bedding was a letdown.

my experience was absolutely not what I expected. the bathroom had a strange smell, and I mean who wants to deal with that? also, the breakfast was mediocre at best. I would have appreciated a complimentary spa treatment for my troubles, but alas, it didn’t happen. I almost thought of leaving a good review, but just couldn’t.

The good outweighs the bad (barely)

Location is unbeatable with food markets and the beach just a short walk away. Staff went above and beyond to assist us, especially with medical help when needed.

While facilities were decent, accessing pool towels felt cumbersome and restrictive. Some noise from nearby boxing stadium occasionally interrupted the tranquility but didn't detract too much.

the location is super close to the beach and everything in patong, which is cool. liked the free coffee at reception coz it was nice to grab some during the day. the towels for the beach were handy too. also, my deluxe room was comfy and had a nice balcony. enjoyed the vibes around the area, not too noisy at night.

the bathroom didn't have a shelf to put my stuff, which was annoying. also, the shower could be better with more consistent temps.

the grace was super convenient, being close to everything in patong. enjoyed the free coffee at reception and the ability to grab towels when heading out. loved how comfortable the deluxe double room was, making our stay feel cozy.

Comfortable room, friendly staff, the location is close to beach access which makes it easy to enjoy the sun loungers and also enjoy breakfast at the on-site restaurant with a wonderful view.

the shower temperature was a bit inconsistent. but the friendly staff really made an impression. the location is great, just a short walk to the beach. loved the big, comfortable room with a great balcony too.

The Deluxe Twin Room had a balcony, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV. Loved the outdoor swimming pool and fitness centre! The shower was great and came with free toiletries. the fridge and electric kettle were super handy. A good place to relax by the pool with sun loungers around.
